CLAY
Each piece is made from stoneware clay and hand constructed from clay slabs.
The work is simple in design, to hold and show the beauty of flowers and other plants.
Many pieces are finished with glazes I have perfected through trial and error.
Some are the difficult red glazes that have fascinated potters for centuries.
A few pieces are smoke fired to complement the use of natural materials.
